Statement of Environmental Policy

Intelligent Embedded Solutions, a division of Intelligent Group Solutions Ltd is committed to a continuous improvement process encompassing the design, manufacture and delivery of products and services which aims to protect the environment and make prudent use of natural resources.

Specifically, the Company will:

1) Comply with all applicable and relevant environmental laws, regulations and other requirements

2) Strive to conserve resources and prevent pollution

3) Strive for continual improvement in environmental performance

4) Provide appropriate environmental training for employees

5) Review policy annually and revise it as necessary

This policy is the responsibility of the Managing Director of Intelligent Group Solutions Ltd. Monitoring of compliance with the policy is delegated to the Quality Manager. Awareness of and compliance with this policy is the responsibility of every employee in the Company.
